By creating an account or using OllieLabs (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
OllieLabs is a marketing, CRM and automation platform that lets businesses manage social media, customer relationships and automated messaging, including AI-assisted replies on connected channels. Features available to you depend on your plan.
Your Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to send spam or unlawful content, to harass or abuse others, to violate the rights of third parties, to attempt to breach security, or to use connected platforms in violation of their terms.
Third-Party Integrations
When you connect third-party services (such as Meta/Facebook/Instagram), your use of those integrations is also subject to those providers' terms and policies, including the Meta Platform Terms. You are responsible for having the rights to connect the accounts you connect and to message the people you message through the Service.
Plans and Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.
Intellectual Property
OllieLabs and its software are owned by us. You retain ownership of the content and data you bring to the Service and grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you.
AI-Generated Content
The Service can generate automated replies and content using AI. You are responsible for reviewing and for the messages sent on your behalf. AI output may be inaccurate; do not rely on it as professional advice.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OllieLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.
Changes and Governing Law
We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
